Tips and tricks to help me enjoy every day and get the most out of it. To make my life as pleasant as possible and simply to be happy.

Habits that may inspire, motivate and encourage you to make some positive changes in your personal life.

Go to bed earlier and get up sooner.

I try to get to bed by 11PM at the latest and get up again at 7AM in the morning. The early bird catches the worm. Being awake before the sun sees the day and most people still sleep deeply gives you an incredibly great and productive feeling.

Healthy breakfast

Conjure up a tasty and healthy breakfast for yourself. For me, starting the day with this is the perfect basis for energy and creativity. Besides, my mood is much better. What do I love in the morning? Banana Smoothies (best have always frozen in your freezer), homemade Granola with coconut yogurt or Chia pudding.

Positive music

If you have a bad day or just don’t feel comfortable, don’t play sad or depressing music. Spice Girls or something like that should be at the top of your list at πŸ˜‰ Songs that bring back beautiful memories.

Train in the morning

You don’t have time? That is mostly an excuse and can be corrected with point 1 on my list πŸ™‚ I start perfect differently in the day when I exercise just before my first meal. Balanced and proud. The best feeling.

A long walk to wake up

Every day, no matter what the weather, I go for a 1h walk with Zoey in the morning (before I train – perfect warm up). 5km. It doesn’t matter if I have to get up at 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00. We both need this ritual πŸ˜‰

Develop your own morning routineI love to know in the morning that I’m going to do something good for myself. Hydroserum, cream, peelings or the like. My productsΒ and routine. Do yourself this one favor and take your time.

Leave your phone at home.

When I’m outside with the little one or running around the block with Matthew, the phone stays on the table at home. Time for us alone, without any disturbances. You’ll enjoy it. I promise.

Fresh fruit as a snack

Something that helped me a lot to get through my weight loss of 30kg. Always having fresh fruit at home to help yourself and to prevents cravings for sweets and other fast food traps. A crunchy apple, sweet peach or grapes from the freezer are so good.

SupplementsΒ 

Not only because I live vegan, I supplement. Everyone should take vitamin B12 and vitamin D with K2. Especially in winter. I also have Omega 3 capsules and cannabis oil in my closet.

Green smoothies

Every day a green smoothie bowl (or simple smoothie)/Juice helps you absorb lots of vitamins, minerals, trace elements and secondary plant compounds without artificial additives. I love the combination of spinach, mango, pineapple, kale and coconut milk. Tastes fresh and amazingly delicious.

Take a deep breath every now and then for two minutes. Concentrate on your breaths & stretch your body

10,000 steps

A fitness goal that I set myself a long time ago and keep to every day. If I miss footsteps in the evening, I’ll go out and get some fresh air. It’s as simple as that πŸ™‚
