I often have porridge on days when I have a little less time in the morning. Especially in the colder season, it is one of my favourites. It warms from the inside and also tastes incredibly delicious.
Recipe – Glow Porridge:
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup almond milk
0,5 tsp cinnamon
0,5 tsp vanilla powder
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp raisins
Strawberries & pear
Bring the quinoa flakes and almond milk to boil in a small saucepan.
Meanwhile, stir cinnamon, coconut sugar, vanilla powder and the crushed banana into a bowl.
Mix together and add almonds & raisins.
Super simple and easy.
