Unfortunately, there are too many of them: These days when one appointment follows the next, when the to-do list simply doesn’t want to end. What you need on a day like this is soul food.
Recipe: Apple-cinnamon porridge (2 people):
150g oat flakes
700ml almond milk
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I am using this Here )
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tbsp agaves syrup
45g almond slivers
Wash, clean, peel and chop the apples.
Heat oat flakes, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan.
Add protein powder and stir continuously
Add apples and agave syrup to the porridge and let simmer
Fill the porridge into bowls, sprinkle with almonds and enjoy hot or lukewarm.
I love it.
The best way to top it off is with almond paste, granola and warm apple pieces. A dream.
