My little addiction lately.
I love chia pudding for breakfast, snack or lunch. Combined with fresh fruits (or banana ice cream) it tastes super fresh and light. Add granola to get some more crunch and taste
Recipe – Chia pudding (2 persons):
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup vanilla powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place in the refrigerator (covered) and stir again after approx 10 minutes.
Best to let soak overnight
Recipe – Nana ice cream (2 people):
6 ripe bananas
coconut milk, for desired consistency
2 tbsp agaves syrup
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp vanilla powder
Put all ingredients in a high-performance mixer and add coconut milk (not too much, otherwise it will become a smoothie)
Experience how your bananas magically turn into super creamy ice cream.
Layer chia, coconut yogurt and banana ice cream alternately in a glass and enjoy it
