Avocado is not only a superfood, but in the form of guacamole, also a super tasty dip
Tip: Always prepare fresh as it will go brown very quickly.
Recipe – coconut guacamole (4 people):
4 ripe avocados
1 squeezed lime
1/2 red onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tsp coconut rasps
1 tbsp yeast flakes
salt & pepper
Cut avocados lengthways and cut out the avocado filling with a spoon.
Add lime juice to the avocados.
Mix everything with a fork into a cream (by mashing).
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic (garlic can also be pressed).
Add coconut yoghurt, grated potatoes and yeast flakes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Finally mix everything into the avocado-lime mass.
I prefer to enjoy guacamole with homemade bread and fresh mushrooms
